Description
The soft light of dawn enhances the delicate beauty of an exotic clematis blossom. My vine bloomed for the first time this summer after three years of careful care, well worth the wait. This was the first blossom and I almost didn't see it as a tendril of the vine had wound through a boxwood schrub nearby and was hidden from my view. After getting down on my knees to look for new growth, I spotted the blossom reaching through the branches toward the light. ~Hence, the quote below. :)
