Just yesterday it was the dawn of my childhood; how I wish life could have stayed this simple~
Where did you go,
An empty swing,
Left behind~
I captured this old tire swing in the back yard of an abandoned house as I rode through the countryside on my bike. It made me wonder where the people had gone who once lived there, and how the child who once enjoyed happy times on this swing had fared.
I used digital watercolor effects to enhance this image and create a photopainting of the scene.
