This is an acrylic painting of the fly agaric mushroom, which I have enhanced with some digital touches. The original painting is a miniature work of art done on a small river stone that you can hold in the palm of your hand.

The fly agaric is a hallucinogenic mushroom credited for the amazing experiences of Alice on her trip to Wonderland. Used in the Scandinavian countries, it may also be associated with the bright red and white costume of Santa Claus and happiness during the Holidays. Perhaps there was a reason Santa was always belting out the merry Ho Ho Ho's. :) ref. Wikipedia

There is no AI art or photography on my site. The beauty of nature inspires my work. I especially enjoy floral photography, still life, and landscapes as well as working with a variety of subjects in my fine art, which includes colored pencil, watercolor and acrylic paintings.
