Description
"Peace begins with a smile." ~ Mother Teresa
"Serve one another in love." ~ Galatians 5:13
"Let us all be sisters." ~ Angela Davies
The strangest things can inspire. When I was out walking in a woods near my home today I noticed a bare tree trunk in the distance with two other tree trunks beside it. I immediately thought that they looked like three sisters with heads bowed in prayer and could not resist doing this quick sketch when I returned. This is dedicated to all the women marching today, January 20,2018 for different causes and reasons with their hearts in the right place and hopes of changing the world for the better. We can only hope they will be successful.

This is a beautiful composition, and I liked reading what you wrote about it. Onward!
Angela Davies replied:
Thanks Anne, so sad that now five years later not much has changed for the better, in fact perhaps worse. But yes we must keep moving onward!

Beautiful, Angela. With all of the women marching, these three should not be forgotten. F/L++
