When you observe birds sitting on their nests, you realize how important their sense of patience must be. I was recently honored to watch a house wren build a nest in a hanging flower basket outside my kitchen window and sit on her nest. When she finally left with her offspring, I noticed she had left me with the gift of one tiny unhatched egg. I also noticed on closer inspection how she had chosen a soft fluffy teal blue material to construct most of her nest. It was a man-made material, still not sure what it was, but the color was so perfect and must have caught her eye when she was gathering materials. Certainly made her job much easier in the construction phase. A bit of feeling blue for the little egg that did not hatch, but I placed it under a beautiful pink Begonia that I was planting outd...
There is no AI art or photography on my site. The beauty of nature inspires my work. I especially enjoy floral photography, still life, and landscapes as well as working with a variety of subjects in my fine art, which includes colored pencil, watercolor and acrylic paintings.
