The year of the rabbit, 2023, has ended and the year of the dragon, 2024, is beginning. Time for all good bunnies to dart down the rabbit hole before the dragon finds them. :)
I did this zentangle drawing first, thought it looked a bit foreboding, then added the five little rabbits above, as the drawing reminded me of a rabbit's den. A bit of cute surrealism, but also a hint of how I have been feeling lately as I look at all the big changes in technology greeting us in 2024. Some of it is so attractive, even inviting, but other parts seem very dark and an unknown quantity, meanwhile, we are as the helpless and innocent bunnies sitting right above it. Will it protect us from danger when we enter, or will we ever find a way out? Shall we go down the rabbit hole? It seems inevitable.
