Upon awakening stretch into the dawn,
And dream within the gentle green,
Celebrating a new spring day~ Angela Davies
This watercolor was based on a miniature orchid which I had growing in a terrarium a few years ago. It was nice to rediscover this work as my mind has been on orchids lately and the winter orchid shows will soon be happening in our area.
